Bernadette,

Your website looks like alot of fun. I keep alittle bit of Christmas in my heart year round too. Being a native of snowy Buffalo NY I'm programmed for beautiful Christmas snow scenes. I do miss that now living in Arizona, although I can drive north to frollic in the snow.

Hi. Thanks for your welcome! Love your website! I'm really new to writing - very keen, but short of time! Working on a website at the moment and determined to get at least one article written by the end of the month!
Take care...

So how did you get into the Christmas Spirit in Oz?
It's so different in Europe and the US...

I was truly blessed in my Aussie travels. And others - the joy's of big company life! I loved the Kookaburra, hey we played with cricket balls named after them! We have them at the Jacksonville Zoo and I sing the song to my babies.. laugh Kookaburra, laugh Kookaburra ...etc... They look at me and say "Daaad..."

Yeah I'm the nutty one!

I remember seeing Sulfur Crested Cockatoo's in Sydney and thinking how cool - until I saw and heard them every day!! I still love'em I am a serious bird lover. Always was - we had great birds in South Africa - the USA is a little ornithologically challenged!

I'm teaching the babies some Zulu, Shaangan and Xhosa too. Were going to South Africa and visiting some game farms to see real big game!

Did you ever go to the Zoo in Sydney - not sure if Melbourne had one - gee the Tas devil was odd and the Duck Billed Platypus!

Fun connecting!!

Nope I'm ashamed to say I missed that - I went to a park between Geelong (where my friend lived - I just remembered as I typed) and Melbourne where we saw Koalas in the trees!

Amazing how we missed them at first - they were sleeping and much further out than we thought.

That was cool

So many cool places - we liked the Blue mountains and Hunter Valley too

I also had huge fun in Freemantle and Perth - I love Margaret River Red Wines - we went to some great estates. Saw the caves and lighthouse at the SW tern most corner!

North to Monkey Mia and other cute places!

I also fly so I kept hiring planes and flying around when I could - I still have my Aus license!

Thanks Bernadette

Melbourne, mmm I spent a year (1999/2000) working in Australia and 2 days every other week were in Melbourne. I ran a large IT project for George Weston Foods. Saw pretty much all of Oz, NZ and a bit of Singapore and HK.

One of my friends lived south of Melbourne and we visited him after we drove the great ocean road from Adelaide - he then took us for a flight over the road we'd just driven!

Have fun down under

Cheap but Really Great PDF Ebook Software ...

Here is a really cheap but great PDF ebook creator that I use and highly recommend. It is super easy to use and allows you to have 'live' url links in your pdf files which a lot of other cheap versions do not - plus more features - read on ...

I have tried a number of PDF creators and the best
and most inexpensive is I believe
pdfnova - it can compresses your
images and allows live links and you
can even have the option to set a
security password for your ebooks
if you wish. You can use this software
over and over again.
It will produce in a matter of seconds
your pdf. Check it out by cut and
pasting the following link into your server:

Have you used or heard of 'Market-It"?

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has dealt with "market it" and what you thought of them? I was thinking of joining. They offer press releases - one per week - including with PR Web which is now a minimum fee of $80 for a press release and they also offer article distribution which also can be expensive. Their monthly membership fee is only $19.95.
